1. Shipping Territory We currently only sell and ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 for all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $50.00.

3. Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 12 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 15 business days.

4. Shipping Origin All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located at: 14039 Centerline Dr, Orlando, FL 32827, US.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@xttitude.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed or the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

6. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.
