Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Xttitude, we work efficiently to process and ship your jewelry orders as quickly as possible. Because of our fast processing times, we have a strict window for order changes. Please review our policy below regarding cancelling or modifying an order.

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

If you change your mind or realize you made a mistake with your order, you may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of making your purchase.

  • Eligible Changes: Within this 24-hour window, you can cancel your order for a full refund, change your shipping address, or modify the specific items in your order (such as changing a necklace length or earring style).

  • How to Request: To request a cancellation or change, please email us immediately at support@xttitude.com with your order number and the specific adjustment you need.

2. Post-24-Hour or Processed Orders

Once the 24-hour window has passed, or if your order has already been processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

  • If your order is already in transit, you will need to wait for the package to arrive at your delivery address.

  • Once received, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy by mailing it back to our operational address. Please note that return shipping fees for change-of-mind cancellations after shipment are the customer's responsibility.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order cancellation is requested within the eligible 24-hour window:

  • We will cancel your transaction immediately.

  • A full refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending entirely on your card issuer or bank's processing speeds.
