1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit your style), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent due to our error, xttitude will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom products (e.g., special orders).

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@xttitude.com.
